Keith began his career as an M&A lawyer in the New York office of Skadden, where for seven years he focused on the acquisition, disposition, financing, restructuring and governance of privately held companies. Prior to co-founding Third Prime with Wes in 2016, Keith was a SVP at Pan Am Equities, and was responsible for alternative investments and partnerships, as well as the acquisition and development of several hospitality and multifamily residential properties. Keith received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree from Duke University.

Prior to founding Third Prime, Wes spent a decade as a private equity and hedge fund professional at Trimaran / Trian, investing across diverse industries. He was also a technology investment banker and M&A lawyer at Skadden before turning venture capitalist. Wes received his J.D. from Duke School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University.

Prior to Third Prime, Mike was a partner and senior investment professional at research-intensive investment funds including Valinor Management and Suvretta Capital. He has over a decade of investing in both the public and private markets, partnering with exceptional growth companies across various industries. Mike is a graduate of Georgetown University.

Prior to joining Third Prime, Jenny was a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini, where she represented venture capital firms and venture-backed companies on transactional and strategic matters. Before joining Wilson Sonsini, Jenny began her legal career as an M&A associate at Skadden. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brown University.

Prior to joining Third Prime, Kristen was Head of Investor Relations and Marketing at Engle Capital. Before joining Engle, Kristen held various Investor Relations and Marketing roles at Dumont Global and Palestra Capital. Prior to that, Kristen spent five years in Capital Introductions at Jefferies. Kristen received a B.S. in Health Care Management and Policy from Georgetown University.

Prior to Third Prime, Christian was a builder at BlockFi, Bison Trails, and FalconX and an investor in the Crypto ecosystem with Alumni Venture Group’s Blockchain Fund. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison where he studied Economics.

Prior to joining Third Prime, Benji was a private equity investor at Macquarie Capital where he focused on North American software and services businesses. He is a graduate of Princeton University where he studied Operations Research and Financial Engineering.

Prior to joining Third Prime, Owen was a Private Markets Analyst at the Vanderbilt Office of Investments where he covered venture capital. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he studied Economics and Philosophy.

Shea has spent the last 15 years supporting top executives across a wide range of industries, from tech start-ups to hedge funds. Prior to joining Third Prime, Shea was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Latch.
